A classroom is the place where most of the time of a student and a teacher is spent. Having 6 to 8 hours a day for five- six day of a week, a teacher may have great influence over students. At every stage of schools, there is different role of teachers to play. A teacher is educator, guardian and caretaker to responsibly teach students and look after them. Responsibilities given to a teacher are more than completing a task. A teacher is responsible for creating educated strength of the nation. A Teacher Training College is determined to enable schools with teachers having effective acquaintance regarding teaching strategies and methodologies.
