Education is the parameter that decides the style of livelihood. There is no denial on the fact that education plays gigantically crucial role in the life of students. There is need of education that could enlighten the path of students in every phase of life. The education need to be provided in fruitful manner that could show up results in terms of success of students. Teachers, we have, in our schools are interface and of prime importance to shape student’s life. When we have skilled and acquainted teachers, betterment in education is self-loaded.
Under the course of teacher training, teacher are trained to attain capacity building and skills and draws exemplary practices for teachers. To develop improved learning and teaching practices and techniques, a capacity building program is introduced that focuses on complete skills and knowledge of teachers. With the program teachers are enabled to use ICT as a tool of education. Successful implementation of capacity building enables institution to lay down objectives, achieve them, enabling reconciling procedures and solve problems.
Obsolete and monotonous methods of education makes it withered. To keep pace with the changing world and time, there is need to adopt changes in education too. Teacher training programme is demand of a fragile education system where complete focus is made on learning of students by making use of technically advance methods of education.
Attainment of great changes requires a great support and approaches. When approaches run on right track with positive attitude, nothing could impede and keep from the attainment of objectives. MBD disha, with its incessant endeavors, tries to keep up yardsticks of skilled teacher training.
